Gravatar Plugin

Ich habe bei mir mal das Gravatar Plugin für Serendipity eingebunden. Dieses lädt für Kommentatoren eines Artikels automatisch Avatar Bilder. Leider klappte das nur korrekt mit den normalen Kommentaren unterhalb der Artikel, bei den Kommentaren in der Sidebar klappte das nicht. Ich habe den Bug gefunden und den entsprechenden Patch im Serendipity Forum gepostet.

Was Gravatare, Favatare und Pavatare sind, war mir anfangs recht unklar und ich habe dazu mal ein wenig recherchiert. Die Resultate will ich anlässlich meiner geplanten ersten Teilnahme an einem Blog-Karneval "Blogtipps für Einsteiger" in einem separatem Artikel zusammenfassen. Der Artikel wird dann entsprechend [[Gravatare, Favatare und Pavatare]] heißen und ab dem 16.7 fertig sein.

Bei dem Blog-Karneval kann man sogar 100 Euro gewinnen, das ist für mich aber nicht wirklich ein Anlass. Die werde ich wohl -da gerade Die unangenehme Wahrheit von Al Gore läuft- einer entsprechenden Institution schenken, falls ich die tatsächlich aus Versehen gewinnen sollte. ;-) Bin einfach mal gespannt, wie so ein Karneval läuft, was das bringt und ich habe offenbar einfach allgemein Spaß daran, neu gelerntes nieder zu schreiben. :-)
